His outstanding educational background, more than 40 years of experience in practical orthopedic surgeries, and an extremely professional and friendly style of communication with patients are a successful result of the surgeries he has made. Front office, medical team and technicians were courteous, very detail oriented, patient and helpful. The PA assigned to me was a great listener, answered all of my questions and very thoroughly explained my options. The practice was clean, social distancing practiced and areas sanitized after use. It is without reservation that I would recommend this location to anyone needing services within the scope of this practice.

This practice consists of a very professional, caring staff in an immaculate, upbeat environment. You couldn’t find a more dedicated surgeon than Dr. Paul Spiegl, who specializes in traumatic injuries to the foot and ankle. Dr. Spiegl is a perfectionist who knows his stuff. He has an organized, no nonsense manner so don’t expect a lot of hand holding. The man is busy because he is exceptional at what he does and his staff aims high too. After spending at least one day a week at Perimeter Orthopaedics and multiple surgeries, which took the better part of eight months, I never once doubted the quality or talent of everyone involved with my care. This practice does run a little off schedule at times but if any patient needs extra time (especially in surgery), they get it, end of discussion. No one I ever spoke with in the waiting room felt neglected, rushed or slighted. They knew what it doesn’t take long to figure out — we were in the care of a purposeful doctor and staff. I certainly never felt forgotten or unappreciated if I had to wait a little longer than planned. That revolving door feeling doesn’t happen. They aren’t there to play. Prompt valet parking and curbside loaner wheelchairs are always available, but there is also a covered, self parking deck close by that is free with ticket validation. The building concierge guys are usually busy helping visitors negotiate the many floors of medical practices but they are genuinely nice people, efficient and never too busy help in any way if asked. I’m deeply grateful that Perimeter Orthopaedics was around to put me back together. I came in really banged up and probably would never have walked normally again without the help of Team Spiegl. I’m going to miss them!

Dr. Spiegl saved my foot! I could hardly walk without pain....until Dr. Spiegl did surgery on it. He is the best orthopedic surgeon in Atlanta. I would highly recommended him.
